The Brothers that just do Gutters is a community minded, client-focused gutter contractor who understands the importance in investing in our employees, and providing our clients with a 5-star experience. We believe in the importance of honesty, integrity, and transparency. Because of this, we are fully committed to posting every review - positive, or negative! We do this to not only keep ourselves honest, but to also use as a learning tool to better ourselves as service professionals. "I had an appointment scheduled for fascia, soffit repair and replacement of new gutters (which they claimed had to be replaces to repair the fascia- but that's another story). On the day of the repair, they did not show and I had to reschedule it for 2pm the following day. The next day I ended up waiting until 7:30pm, and got only one call at 2pm from them saying they were running late. I made a couple of calls in between to check their status but it was always "we are on the way, running late, at the home depot". At 7:30pm I quit and left and called immediately to demand a refund. They said they would refund the down payment of $440. A week later after not receiving the refund, they said they would not refund the money because 3 days had past since I signed the contract. Beware, beware, totally an unethical company !!! Learn from my experience and stay away !"
