He was extremely helpful with suggestions and patterns. In the middle of the job I asked for an estimate for the side of our house for a walkway and he was able to do that as well as the initial work. The price was very fair and we were very happy with it, we had another estimate for the work and it was astronomical. Mario walked me through the proposed work and was very responsive with my co-op paperwork. When Alfredo and his team came, they followed all my building’s rules: allowed work times, access areas, protecting lobby floors and waste removal. Alfredo is extremely knowledgeable and was happy to go over all my concerns during the work. He washers everyday to oversee the team along with personally doing the work himself.
