They did most of the renovation in our condo......painting, installation of bathroom cabinets, sink, installed tile floor, etc. They also installed vinyl flooring in our kitchen, living and dining rooms. They had a plumber replace our heating baseboard, I would highly recommend H&M if you want excellent work done!!"

"Bill Taylor (owner) came out to give me an estimate for what I thought was going to be a roof repair on my *(not too old roof). Unfortunately, the previous roofer did not do the correct thing and I needed a complete new roof. Four Seasons could not have been more professional. From the first call to the last nail they were polite, professional, and helpful. Donna in the office is SO patient, kind, and caring. I was scheduled for a few weeks out, but as the roof got worse they were able to schedule me in. The crew that arrived, headed by Antonio, was exceptionally polite, professional and hard working. They answered ANY (and I had a bunch) questions or concerns I had during the installation. They really worked as a team and the finished product looks great. Clean up was impeccable with them checking-in before saying they were done that I was happy. A few of the crew members mentioned they were with Four Seasons over a decade (a sign of a good, stable business). I highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing. From the first call to the last nail everything was great. More importantly, I am CONFIDENT that they did the RIGHT job and if there are any issues Bill and his team will stand behind their work."

"From the very beginning with the salesman who knocked on our door to the salesman who came to our home, to the finished job, everything has been outstanding. Both salesman were very courteous and in no way pushy. They were both obviously very confident in their product, but there was no pressure. When we were finalizing the sales agreement the representative informed us of a substantial discount for signing at the time. This was in my opinion no way a pressure technique as you would expect. He offered it once only in a very low key way explaining that it saved the company money if he did not have to come back later which would prevent him from new sales calls, so that savings was offered to us. He urged us to think it over and to not do it unless we were completely comfortable, in fact suggesting that we shop around. He then dropped it and didn't mention it again. The entire interaction was very good with no pressure or shadiness. We had siding, gutters, and a new entrance door installed. The crews (a different crew for each job, and obviously very skilled at it), were all very nice and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up thoroughly every day and listened to questions and acted on them without question or hesitation. Every crew was great and got the jobs completed quickly. There was no down time during the installations or between jobs. Everything was done in just over a week. The quality of the work and the materials is very high. Power is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. When considering the quality of the materials and workmanship, the timeline of installation, and the unbeatable warranty, I think that they are a good value. We are very pleased with the project and have had no issues are problems at all. We highly recommend Power Home Remodeling."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

This is the second time that we have used City Wide Construction & Renovation, and they NEVER disappoint. Nadeem and his crew are always prepared; ready to get the job done; and on time! Not only did they achieve their excellence once again, but they went above and beyond by assisting me with the photos that I needed to send to the insurance company once the work was completed. I wish all of our contractors were this dependable and reliable. It's always a real pleasure dealing with Nadeem. He has the sweetest personality and tries so hard to make you happy in every way. "This was a complete and positive experience in dealing with a contractor. Contacted JJs Roofing through the list along with 2 other companies. Had email and phone contact with the principals of each company and arranged for persons to come to the site to evaluate the project and make accurate measurements for a more detailed proposal. Within the same day of making the evaluations, I received 2 competitive bids to do the job. The third competitive bid was submitted sometime later after I committed to JJs and had the work completed! The scope of work was similar in all aspects and there was only a slight difference in the price. To their advantage, JJs proposed to do the job in 3 days while the other bids proposed 5 or 6 days. Because this is winter and the weather plays a huge factor in the roofing business, I opted for the 3-day make over where nice weather was predicted. In dealing with JJs owner John Johnston, he was helpful and extremely accommodating. He was mindful of my own circumstances of having to travel from out of town to be present during the project's work days. I was extremely grateful for this consideration. Once I accepted the JJs bid, a crew was sent back to the job site to remeasure for the replacements skylight and the access door. These are custom items so it is important to be accurate. The day of the job, JJs sent a crew led by Hector Ramos who along with another worker had done the preliminary evaluation. The men went about the job with speed, efficiency and care. The unusual break in the weather was great incentive for the men to work. After the first day, the old roof was torn off and general repairs to the underlying structure was begun and completed. The roof was covered with a tarp for the night. Day two, the men showed up promptly and continued their work. When I ventured to the roof top, Hector took the time to explain in great detail the entire process and timetable for the work. Because there where other elements involved beyond just laying down a new roof, I appreciated his explanations. I had a skylight replaced, a new roof access door installed, the relocation of the main drain and installation of a down spout, and the replacements of vent caps. The entire crew were courteous and extremely professional. By the end of the second day, I was sure I had made the right decision in choosing JJs. The final day and Hector assured me they would be finished on time and before the expected rains would come. I glanced at their progress throughout the day and saw the work completed on time. The men were extremely careful to clean everywhere debris landed in or around the work area on top and on the ground. When they left, the entire area was spotless! It was great having the highly skilled professionals from JJs Roofing working on this project. It is with high confidence that I recommend JJs Roofing for your roofing needs. They deliver in quality, craftsmanship, and service. It was a pleasure doing business with this company."
