"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

They were quick to respond, quick to come out to the house (2 days), totally reasonably priced, really nice and clear on the phone, and the work was excellent. "They helped a lot with getting through insurance hassles and pushing to get the entire roof repair covered. Once everything got approved there were a couple scheduling conflicts on both sides. They did accommodate us on timing to not conflict with a toddlers nap schedule. There were a few small items left unfinished that took some time to get completed, but they did come out and address everything."

"It looks like the job was done well. We had some heat coils up on the roof and we asked them to reinstall them after they were finished. They did not do this, and I was disappointed with this. The flashing around the chimney also looks a little sloppy. Also, every time that I tried to call the home office, I could not get an answer. They were one of the lower bids that we received and they were able to quickly do the work. Although, I don't think they were very professional and I wasn't overly impressed."
