Provided a recommendation for a replacement pool. Proceeded to remove the old pool and excavate the land in preparation for construction of the new pool. Once the new pool arrived, they constructed the pool and constructed new outline landscaping around the pool. We are now the envy of our neighbors who have all watched and gazed in amazement at our new backyard oasis. For all of your pool needs, this is who you need to contact ASAP."

"We are trying to find somebody to put a pool in. We called the one that Angie's List recommended and it is called Dig-M-Installers. I went to get the pool and the pool wasn't there. They didn't have the pool's parts. The other company is guaranteeing me that they will have it by the time Dig-M-Installers has scheduled the appointment. We got the quote from Dig-M-Installers. We got the paper work and everything from Dig-M-Installers. My wife got them from Angie's List. Their normal quote is 1029 dollars. I am getting a discount because it is before some date. I am getting it for 928. They are knocking off a 100 dollars. It was the only one on Angie's List and when we went on the phone book a lot of them sounded shaky. We took for granted that the one that Angie's List has was very good. The people that I came in contact with were very kind and very courteous. I saw an older man but to me they are all young as I am 70 years old. He was in his 40s and he was very nice. He was explaining to me how they would like to put it in, where they would like to put it, which would be the best situation where it won't cost me more money to have it done. They are very nice and clean. So far it is real good. They were very professional. Considering responsiveness, they were right back, right away. With this one man so far, it was very professional. I am waiting for them to install a pool and that is the next situation. I will know better once they install a pool."

"Mark, with B&M Pools is in the process of opening the pool on the home we recently bought. I've never owned a pool before and Mark spent two entire mornings with me, the first evaluating what needed to be done to get the pool open and, once we had done what we needed to do to move to the next step, the second, going step by step with me on what I could do to maintain the pool to keep it clean and safe once his job is complete. We've owned several homes and have had service people for a wide variety of different reason. Of all that we have used, I would say Mark is outstanding in the clearly and patiently explaining what he does in his area of service and what a homeowner needs to do to save on the need for unnecessary service and keep their pool clean, safe and working efficiently. Izabella came to our project with wonderful suggestions, from the overall design down to the smallest details. Early on we met with her at her supplier and picked out paving stones (much better than choosing them from a catalog, which we could have done). Her crew was very professional. Flavio, the foreman/supervisor for the hardscaping was terrific, as was his entire crew. We had some permitting issues with the township early-on, which Izabella resolved by staying on top of it and keeping us informed.
