Leon even removed a dead tree for me that was not part our original agreement. I was so pleased with their work that I chose TrueCare over two other companies to come back for major tree trimming, and removal of 4 very large trees and 3 large arborvitaes. Leon had a highly experienced guy on his crew who removed those limbs with great skill. All debris was removed leaving the yard clean. Leon and his crew did a fabulous job on the project!! Leon cares a great deal about the quality of work his crew performs and it shows. They deliver on the scope of work agreed upon and went above and beyond. I had to contact them several times even though they said they would follow up but I never heard back. They did yard work for me which was great and replaced an outlet. I really wanted them to do additional work but they stopped responding to my text messages. Communication was too hard although the work was good "
