We had a hole in the wall on the bedroom side and John came after hours, on his way home from another job, just to do the hole. I was then able to paint that wall before we had carpet laid. Very accomidating to our needs. They worked us into their busy schedule which allowed us time to perform some of the work ourselves. They were able to finish the work a week ahead of schedule. While I had to chase the other bids and call them over and over, Todd actually contacted ME twice to make sure he got me a quote. He was fast, polite and courteous, and even fixed a broken cabinet in my kitchen for free while giving me a quote. That really sold it to me. :) Todd was excellent. He answered all of my questions, communicated quickly and clearly on scheduling. He also suggested that I try a new faucet to fix some water pressure issues with my kitchen sink, and boy was he right. It was like night and day!
