"Key Prime was one of four estimates I received. The owner showed up on time, did a thorough assessment and gave me a detailed estimate for several different shingle products. The price was fair so I hired them and they were ready to put me on their schedule in early Spring. The work was started on time despite dealing with some late Spring snow. The roofing crew was respectful of my property and showed up as promised each day. After installing the roof, the property was swept thoroughly for nails and leftover roofing materials. Communication was absolutely great and emails and phone calls were promptly answered and after the whole thing was complete I was sent a parcel which included a small notebook with the final documents and included a receipt, lien release, Limited Lifetime Warranty Form and copy of the original contract. This was one of the better contractor experiences I have had and I would highly recommend this company if you need a new roof."

"Roofing was fine, but when I called because of a leak 3 months after the warentee period, I was told the rate per roofer was $185 for the first hour and $98 per hour after that. No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter.
