While conducting my research, a friend referred me to a local home inspector to obtain his opinion on my roof (replace vs additional repairs). We exchanged a few emails and he advised that he would have his office contact me to schedule a visit/inspection. Later that day, Amy contacted me to arrange a visit. The initial visit was set up and as the appointment approached, I received a phone text message reminding me of the visit and asking me to acknowledge the appointment.
