"Mohamed Hamdi, with CozyTech Appliance Repair, was subcontracted by Leesburg Maytag to fix my leaking dishwasher on 12/16/2025. He had to visit my house 3 times. First, on 12/16, he did not have the part, thinking he knew the issue...but obviously did not. He came back the next day and replaced the hose. He charged us $275. It still did not work. He came back one more time before Christmas, claimed to fix the issue, but the dishwasher was leaking again soon after. I contacted him on January 1 to have him come back. He has ghosted me since. I can see that he has viewed my messages to me, but continues to ignore. The Maytag service have tried to contact him also, but have not been able to. He essentially stole my money. I've contacted and filed a complaint against him with the Better Business Bureau. If that does not work, I will very likely pursue other options. CozyTech and Mohamed Hamdi are a scam. He also seems to have changed his address and phone number to try to avoid people. "
