"Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up."

Throughout the process, the owner was slow to respond. 
The carpet and vinyl were installed in one day. The two men worked well together and did a good job.
The hardwood floors were done by a different team of employees. Three nails, some scraps of wood, and brush hairs were left on the floor and sealed over. Some of the new shoe molding was split. A darker edge was evident along some outer edges of the rooms. . Trash and saw dust were left on the front porch area and in the driveway. There was drama between the two workers with one leaving the job before completion each day and his partner not knowing why. Corrections were made, and the price was reduced $400 to compensate for the weak service. One of the new hardwood boards is long and significantly lighter in color. Even though that shade is in other boards, it is only with small areas. This board is noticeable immediately when entering my home. It is unlikely that the color will blend in time to the extent needed. The owner did not replace it. The lines along the edges of the floor were worked on but the "redo" is noticeable in some areas.

In fact there were delays because contractors were not available when the work started and it took 9 days. -Disposal of old bathroom fixtures hasn't happened yet (4 days later) and the trash is still in my front yard-a real eyesore including the old toilet. Has anyone seen the Clampetts? -Contractor did not clean up saw dust from a hole he made in the wall and the bathroom floor had a lot of dust."
