"Steve and his crew did a phenomenal job replacing all the wood that was damaged in the crawl space. The house was in the middle of selling and these unknown defects were identified during the buyer’s home inspection and we were so concerned we would have a hard time getting these repairs handled in time. "Things went well. The technician arrived on time, was congenial, and got to work. He cleaned up after himself. The cost was steep for 4 hours of work and a shower wand. A second technician had to be brought in to lift the mirror for the final installation, and that was a good idea as it was very heavy. They did a good job, but I would make sure that I have all my supplies/parts/bulbs in order as you don't want to send them shopping on your time."
