"It was indeed a hassle-free experience. From the rep who came to give me sliding door options, to the installation team , and the followup from the customer service department, I was impressed. I found exactly what I wanted for the door and the install went very smoothly. Since the door was too large to be brought up my steps they managed to bring it up ladders to the second floor.
