"The job: replace 60 year old barbed wire fence with 4x4 mesh wire fence to keep dogs contained. The good: Alex paid attention to what I wanted, communicated well, completed the work quickly, and the crew did a good job. The bad: His estimate of work and cost was way off, ended up spending double what he estimated."
