The good: Alex paid attention to what I wanted, communicated well, completed the work quickly, and the crew did a good job. The bad: His estimate of work and cost was way off, ended up spending double what he estimated."

"The provider arrived on time to look at the fence and explained in detail what he believed needed to be done.  Beside the cost of the maintenance package I  purchased, he recommended a new post on another section of the fence.  The cost was reasonable so I had him install the new post.  
We agreed on a date to complete the work and he arrived on time and left the area neat and clean when he was done.  The completed job looked much better than I had expected!
