"I contacted this company and was given a quote over the phone. I needed my carpets cleaned and some repair to the edges where it had pulled up and become frayed. Alan was the tech who showed up. Alan stated he had 20 years of experience with cleaning and repairing carpet. He was very nice and professional. My carpet has not been professionally cleaned for 10 years. After Alan finished they looked new again! The repaired edges look like they did when the carpet was installed. Alan even went the extra mile for me by stretching the carpet in areas where it had become lose. He even cleaned a few extra spots in adjoining rooms for no charge. I will definitely recommend and use A.G.A again."

They re-stretched 4 rooms and my stairs with a power stretcher and put down new tack strips the previous company had failed to install. The price I was quoted was what they charged even though it took longer than estimated and involved more work than was expected. "Every thing went like clock work. Not only did they have to work around the handyman doing last min. repairs, they both had there jobs . One removed all of the ceiling light covers, washed them and put them back up. He went on to wash off the tops of the Kitchen cabinets then wipe out the insides of the cabinets. The other one started with the bathrooms cleaning them from top to bottom, inside and out. They even sweep out the garage.
