"Leo was good at communicating his availability and showing up on time. When he arrived he evaluated what he would need to fix the leak, went to the local Home Depot to get needed materials and quickly made the repair. The leak is fixed and it was all done at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use Leo again if I have another issue with my hot tub."

"We were remodeling our bathrooms and found mold in two of the three. We needed to have the mold removed asap, as our contractor was on a tight schedule. I called a couple of places, but Country Wide Proserve was the only company that actually answered the phone and had someone out the next day. They were very friendly and showed us the source of the mold to make sure that we did the plumbing the correct way to prevent that in the future. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone I know with mold problems.

"We had wind damage and they contacted insurance for us. They promised to do the job for the estimate insurance provided and they did, in the end we only paid our deductible. They were quick once insurance agreed to cover it. (Insurance of course was slow) They did the whole roof from start to finish in a day(which also included shoveling a lot of snow off the roof that hadn't melted yet) and cleaned up well when they finished. Overall they were great. We're very happy with the new roof. We'd highly recommend them."
