"The roof is beautiful. They fixed what the previous contractor failed to do correctly and were professional and timely."

"Redbird Roofing was great to work with. They have excellent communications in scheduling (and rescheduling) work. They are reasonably priced and Taylor did an excellent job repairing my roof. I'd highly recommend working with them."

"I live on the Oregon coast and had a new roof installed in 2015. It had persistent leak issues that the contractor could not/did not fix. Romvil repaired the leaks, re-built rotted out interior and exterior walls, and replaced our interior sheetrock. They were very clear about letting us know exactly what they knew we needed to have done, before they did it. They showed us computer generated plans that explained why we had problems and what they were going to do. They were totally honest about cost and made sure we had agreed to what it would cost before they did the work. I will gladly. hire them again!!!"

"PPS LLC was prompt, reliable, and a good value for the money. They took the time to answer my questions and help me plan for the eventual replacement of my roof. I appreciate that they didnâ t try to upsell me in their proposal as other companies did."

"From the first contact to the final clean-up Andy was very professional and efficient. He gave me an estimate that covered my repair and also covered an additional cost if there was unseen further damage. I felt very comfortable with the plan to fix my leaky roof. Plus when, there was an extra cost due to having to use a different product, he absorbed the cost and stood by his estimated cost. I am extremely happy to have met Andy and to have used OPR for my project. I'll definitely call again for any other project that he could solve for me."

"Errors in the original estimate and following procedures kept raising the cost even when we got bigger and bigger discounts. Rafter work needed to be done and we knew we upfront we may incur extra costs so we gave the go-ahead to fix that--what else were we going to do at that point. The additional work seemed incredibly excessive. When questioned, the salesperson explains there was a set fee per square which included removal of two layers of old shingles, removal, and replacement of sheathing for the entire roof. For the additional rafter work, they were charging the per square rate which we had already paid for...they were charging us for removing and replacing twice. The rafters were exposed and required only the additional rafter work. We were livid. They sent out someone else to negotiate and we still paid more for the extra work than we wanted. I believe the actual work performed was good."

"Was looking for trustworthy contractor for a project close to home - but I live in another state. Many people reached out but I was blown away by the services provided by Richard the owner of Inner-Link Construction LLC. First off he is a good man who is also devoted to his faith. Secondly, he’s fair and isn’t trying to take advantage of the homeowner. He put my mind at ease by explaining to me what was wrong with my roof and gave solutions immediately. I was very impressed. When he came to work on the roof, he brought his team and also his 40+ years of roofing experience. Knocked it out of the park and finished in one day. Living in Oregon can be hard on roofs but he used the best materials and make the roof look beautiful. To say I’m impressed is an understatement. I know I will hire him for my future projects! Thank you Richard!!"

"Steve was great to work with! He did an excellent job on my exterior painting project, showing up on time and putting in the extra effort needed to make my house look new again. He was a good communicator and reliable."

"These guys are great! I was on a tight deadline, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed on time. All the work passed inspection with zero issues. Thank you, Dan and Eddie!"

"I just had Elm Construction Services replace the roof on our new home. I have to say, I’m really impressed. We went with asphalt shingles and they look beautiful! What I loved most was how professional everyone was. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and actually cleaned up better than I expected - you’d never know they were even here. They were also super patient with all my questions (and I had a lot!). The quality of their work is top-notch. You can tell they really care about doing things right, not just getting it done quickly. My neighbors have even commented on how great the roof looks. If you’re in the Lake Oswego or Portland area and need roofing work done, I’d definitely recommend giving Elm Construction Services a call. It’s such a relief to find a contractor you can trust who actually delivers on their promises!"
