Rich Dunne was very responsive when issues arose and made accommodations when requested. We decided at the last minute to replace our roof windows. Didn't even get a quote before-hand - we were that comfortable we were not going to be gouged. And we weren't. I carefully reviewed work as it was performed and found it to be truly quality work. By the way - we had many estimates but Rich was the one we chose because there was no guesswork. No speculation. Worst case scenario price was provided. Given the horrible condition our roof was in, that was comforting. I highly recommend this company. <br />"

When the job before mine went long (unexpected repairs under the shingles), they informed me right away and updated my start date. The crew was friendly, efficient, and professional. They cleaned up at the end of each day so there was never any debris left in my yard. They got the job done in the time they said they would and for the price they quoted. In fact, since they had quoted including some possible repairs that turned out to be unnecessary, I ended up paying a little less than the quoted price!
