"Garage door spring failed on 02/10/2015.  Called Andrews the same day and they came out the next morning as scheduled.  Replaced the springs and performed the maintenance on the second door.  I was considering replacing the spring on the second door but they said it was not necessary.  The repairman noted that the top panel of the door was cracked.  The crack started several years ago but when the spring broke, it became worse.  We agreed to have the panel replaced and they would have to go to Baltimore to get the replacement panel.   The cost of the panel was $600.00 which included materials and labor to install.  They said they would install it the next day which surprised me because they said they had to go to Baltimore to get the part and it was a Friday.  Well to our surprise, they came around 9PM and installed the panel and finished about 1030pm.  Everything is working fine.

"Zach actually arrived ahead of his appointment time, which was great because we were heading somewhere. He walk around the house explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. I would like to mention before he started we texted back and forth and was impressed that the price included the garage. I was already happy and he had not even started the work. Anyway when I returned home driving down my street I could not believe the transformation he gave my house. The white trim on the house was bright as diamonds. As I made my way to the front door I felt the trim and it felt as smooth as glass and felt clean.
I tried cleaning the front windows and could get it clean enough. I also attempted to clean my gutters, but again I could not get them clean. Needless to say Zach and his co-worker are the greatest. I looked up and could not believe how clean he got my gutters and the overhang. I will definitely recommend his services to all my neighbors and friends. The price was great for my house. I found out from my neighbor that Zach uses lower pressure, which I think is great as it does not break down the siding. He did his house as well and he was happy. If you get 3 homeowners you could even get the price down lower, but no one was interested. They are now after seeing how clean my house looks."

"The company showed up on time and conducted the shingle replacement being careful not to damage the gardens around the house. They brought the roof up to current code, (the roof no longer complied with local codes), and worked with our chimney company to install the flashing properly. The cleanup was performed in an acceptable manner and the work was finished on time. Follow-up inspections by the company and I showed I had a good roof that was going to last another long time. I would definitely recommend this company for roof work."

"I called for an emergency roof repair and spoke to Melissa. She scheduled me for the same day, during the rain. I also asked if she could look in my attic for any damage and mold from my repair last year. Dale came out, within the hour, and fixed the oddly loosened shingles. He also took the time to look around my entire attic, not just the area where the leak had been. Thankfully, i had no leaks, stains or mold. He was professional, polite and punctual. He did mention my roof was old and would need replacing soon, and asked if I would like a free estimate. I received excellent and prompt service at a good price, and couldn't be more pleased with Melissa and Dale. Keep up the good work and appreciate you coming out during the rain!

"The quality of work is excellent.  Unfortunately, their boss directed his crew to ignore the obvious tilt of this old house, and we had to insist that the top of the closet doors be parallel to the ceiling!  He also got surly when my husband and I insisted that we both see the end result before paying him.  I hope this guy reverts to the personality we saw a couple of years ago and leaves the current one behind.

"2 workers arrived late and then had to go to Home Depot for materials they did not have. They did a good job on the door frame but it took longer than it should've have. And they left a large spot of white paint on my lawn, I assume they dropped the paint can. My only complaint is that I paid for 4 hours of labor and the job took about 1.5 - 2 hours to complete. The workers took one hour getting materials and then wasted most of the last hour before they asked if they could leave early to get lunch. The window sill never got fixed. This is the owner's response to my request that his workers come back to fix the window sill: "......Now towards the extra trip for the Home Depot, that is on me, no worries. Please understand that after we take the extra trip we get left with more than two hours per each person. That equals more than 4 labor hours for both of my crew. The $199 is for 4 labor hours only. We would be glad to help you out with any additional work. That would be a separate price. Other companies charge the homeowners from the time the crew shows up till they leave including any trips to get the supplies. I am a person of common sense and I don't like to do that........""
