Historical home required rotten wood replacement ? numerous locations around the house require replacement or repair of external wood siding, trim work - excellent workmanship very happy with work performed.

External Paint  sanding (prep) ? wet sanding of the home went quickly and very clean  - superb workmanship very happy with work

External Paint tape (prep)- this is where the project was very slow and time seem to take forever to complete ? 2 weeks of taping .

External Paint ? primer coat - excellent workmanship very happy 1 day

External Paint ? base color 2 coats - excellent workmanship took too long to complete-  8 days

 External Paint ? trim color - excellent workmanship took too long to complete- 5 days

If you are not looking to get house done quickly 1-2 weeks then these are the guys for you excellent work but slow

"Karol completely gutted our bathroom, installed a new tiled shower with frame less shower doors, new tiled floors, vanity with sink and light, toilet, ceiling fan, recessed lights, all the plumbing fixtures and a towel warmer. He used the most professional workers who were always on time and easy to deal with. Karol's work was excellent and everything was done as he discussed in the estimate. He even has a person who made us a beautiful vanity from a picture I gave him ( for a more reasonable price than I found anywhere else). This was my best experience with a home remodeling project.
