"Joe is prompt, efficient, neat, polite, very well-spoken and well-mannered. He re-glued several floor tiles and re-grouted the master bath and hall bath floors and shower stalls and bath tubs. He also applied new sealer to protect against water leakage. We are very pleased with the job and we plan to use JPZ Contracting again. The work was very well done, and the way Joe presents himself in such a polite and professional way is important to me as a client."

"I am still waiting for the return of my deposit as it has been a week since I put this review on hold after putting in the notice that day 24 June of cancellation by email and next day mail. As I have said before I am a disabled Vet, Senior citizen with health problems. I have copies of the emails that I sent on the days of 06/24/2023 and by next day Mail on the 27th notarized copies of the cancellation. Tried calling but went to voice mail. No work has been done so a rating cannot be done on the work, only the price. This job was way overpriced and never got the chance to compare. The salesman was a good person but I have my family doing it for thousands less."
