"I reached out to Family First Security after spending some time and considerable expense with another company who's motto of being "NetPro's" was anything but! When I contacted Family First Security and explained my dilemma, a kind lady from the office (Pam) arranged for Jamie to come out and assess the situation and provide me a quote for the scope of the work I needed, and once we agreed on the price quote, the equipment was ordered, and Family First was even willing to perform a weekend install for me. I can't say enough about how patient, understanding and downright professional everyone I've dealt with a Family First Security has been, everything from arranging the on site consultation, to following up with me on all aspects of the job at hand, from ordering equipment up to & including the installation work, I never felt like I was a burden or just another customer to this company. Rarely have I encountered folks who's listening and responding skills fully addressing my queries and concerns in their replies have I encountered, but Jamie & Pam & their team were downright AMAZING! and I'm most appreciative to the lengths they went to in order to address my needs. Folks, take it from someone who was burned and treated like trash by another company who claimed to be "Net Professionals" but were far from it, if you're seeking a company that truly wants to earn your business, & listens to & responds to your needs, you aught to at least reach out to Family First Security, and give these folks a shot at working with you and providing you with the piece of mind knowing you & your families security is in good hands, and your system installed by professionals who want you to be as happy with their work as they are providing you with a quality installation, with quality equipment that they will not only teach you how to use, but stand behind if anything should unexpectedly go wrong. I would very much recommend Family First Security to anyone seeking the services they provide. ~JT"

"Probably some of the best customer service and work I’ve ever had done. From the first phone call to Wired Installations, through the work, and finally to when the last tv was hung everything went smoothly. All of this was done with patience and good old experience. My first contact with Matt (the owner) was when I called to ask about hanging a couple of tv’s on the wall. After discussing the locations, he felt this would not be an issue. He asked if we had purchased the tv’s yet – which we hadn’t, and in turn he replied I will match anyone’s legitimate price. I certainly could not go wrong there. He and Marcus showed up on time with my 2 new tv’s and began unboxing and locating them to their respective rooms. Two hours and some change later both tv’s were up and producing a good evenings worth of entertainment. I would highly recommend Wired Installations for any tv installation, or anything electronic. Thanks for such a GREAT experience!"

"The Smart Home features they installed, such as thermostat and door locks, etc. do not always work. For example, the Honeywell thermostat can no longer be operated from our phones and is difficult to install. Remote door locks are also unpredictable."

"We hired Guardian to install our security system at our Washington, DC, business. The service and quality of the work was horrible. We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."

"Mr. Lane did a great job! He installed the Google doorbell and NestCam w/Floodlight for my aging parent. He checked in early since he was on our side of town so the job was completed early. He is kind and knowledgeable and offers a fair price. We are keeping his contact info for future jobs. Thanks Mr. Lane!"

"I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

"They installed a camera and security system for me. The security system mostly works- though there'd been some weirdness here and there, but they are very slow at responding to help with system configuration issues. The install also took ~2x the time it should have due to poor planning on their part. The real issue are the cameras - poorly, incorrectly installed, and a sloppy job at that. I made my displeasure known - they are useless when it rains or snows - and they refuse to do anything about it. Add to that a 2x markup on end-of-life equipment, and I'm out. I'll end up replacing them myself and redoing the install job when the weather gets nicer. Long story short: when my monitoring agreement is up, I will move my business to another (DMP) integrator."
