"After Hurricane Helene the pressed board siding around our fireplace chimney was in bad shape. Adding to that was the fact the roofers who replaced our roof afterwards did not install proper flashing on our garage (which contacts the chimney) and it exacerbated the situation. Pressed board was peeling away from the structure, warped, and expanded from water intrusion and a number of areas. We wanted to replace the entire exterior of the chimney with Hardie Board and have any of the water damaged under layers replaced with OSB and have the entire structure wrapped. We received a number of competitive estimates, but the estimate from Umbrella was by far the lowest and included more work than the others. The owner, Eduardo, is knowledgeable, experienced, and very professional. He assured us that he could have all of the work done to proper standard and completed within 48 hours. We were not disappointed. His team of workers were quick, efficient, and hard-working. Thanks Umbrella!"

"The roof looks amazing, are thoroughly pleased with it. They completed the roof in a single day. We had several issues after the installation was complete, I think it was the crew in a hurry to complete the job? They scraped up our deck with the ladder, knocked the outside outlet out of the wall, got roofing tar on our vinyl siding, and knocked our satellite dish out of alignment, but Darryl Phelps came out and fixed everything. Darryl is amazing to deal with, and very helpful and accommodating. He is the reason I am giving them 5 stars, along with an amazing looking roof. It wasn’t perfect, and there were issues, but he rectified them all. Thanks Darryl for all did to make me highly satisfied."
