"I called a day or so in advance and they arrived first thing (9am) Saturday morning.  They were very professional and performed the work in a about an hour.  I was happy with the resulting cleanliness of the carpet. <br /> A few of things to remember: <br /> Ask them where they will dump the dirty water.  They dumped it right outside of my side door without asking. <br /> They left the bathroom a bit dirty.  I expected to not find a trace of dirt or dried soap.  It took about 2 minutes to clean, so not an issue.  <br /> I spent a lot more than I expected.  I would advise asking them what the total cost will be before you do everything and be clear what the cost will be before they start.  They are straight forward about the price, as they're selling you each service.  Just be sure to discuss ALL potential products and costs before they start.  It's always better to make and informed decision before someone starts their work. <br /> Having said all this, they do a good job and I would recommend them. <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support."

He told me before he started that he thought he could get the pet stains without using a chemical because it would cost extra. He said if he did have to come back though, he would only charge for the chemicals. It has been a few days now, and the carpets look absolutely wonderful. I am very happy with his service."
