Tommy was professional and very skilled and had both showers repaired in record time. My bathrooms are beautiful again thanks to Tommy and Westshore Homes."

You see them from the side view walking into my small bathroom and all I see is green. I was told that is how they come and cannot replace them unless we come up with over $1000.00 for clear. (sorry but can't imagine how they could cost that much just for doors only. They have to come back out anyway because you guys packed the wrong shower handles). You should train your salesmen to let people know that frosted glass on shower doors have that awful green hue and at a sideview it will be apparent. If looking at them straight in they wouldn't be bad but sideways they are awful. I am so upset after finally saving enough in our retirement to get this shower that it looks like that."

"The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

"They can in 6/12 and 6/13/2024 to install the new shower. He notice it was wrong size door.. They hung a shower curtain so I could use shower. I havenâ t use the shower waiting for door install, as of 6/20/24 has not be fined. Guess Iâ m going to call them."

"Phelps construction has remodeled our kitchen twice in 25 years, updated our basement, treated a flat roof.  In 2011 I called them to help enlarge the basement laundry room and address some moisture issues.  The spring rains revealed larger problems and Phelps stuck with it trying to diagnose and address the issues.  Besides a larger and brighter, better functioning laundry room/storage center, the new windows and improved window wells have corrected several water issues and increased our energy savings.  The french drains installed in the front yard have also eliminated several issues with rain. 
The price quoted increased quite a bit as we added more projects, but the requests and work were driven by me, not the company.  So we paid feel we paid appropriately.  We got quite a lot done and are very happy with the results."

"The salesman worked with us on the cost. Disappointed with first installer. He came alone and would not go on top of the roof to complete the job. Second installer came out next day to finish. Then after first rain. all of the corners I asked leaked, A3rd installer had to come out!!"
