"The entire team at JAX construction was phenomenal. We had two bathrooms remodeled and Ryan was incredibly responsive and transparent through the entire 6 month process. When a minor concern arose (which is inevitable with construction on a house that is 100 years old!), it was addressed immediately. Chelsea designed both projects and thoroughly understood our vision. It was amazing that she was able to provide us with the exact layout, products and aesthetic we were looking for. Shawn and Clyde, our project managers and the guys in the field, were communicative and very accommodating as well. When I complained to Clyde about how stressful it was to only have one toilet in a house with three boys, he made sure to get that part of our bathroom done first! Thank you to all at JAX and we will see you again for phase 3 of our Bexley remodel."

Mike was a joy to work with. The kitchen was enclosed to keep the rest of the house clean. Excellent workmanship. Kept us informed of any delays that occurred because of Covid.. Definitely would hire them again."

"Having worked with multiple remodelers and contractors on two different houses, Charlie Griffey is by far the best I've ever worked with. I have high expectations, and Charlie exceeded every one. Charlie had workers at my house every day (including some weekend days) during my project and communicated with me (unsolicited) on a daily basis. This is unheard of for a contractor. Furthermore, his subs do great work. Charlie was not satisfied until we were completely pleased. He even called later after the project was completed to make sure we were happy. He had recommendations for me that I was hesitant to pursue, but he ended up being spot on. Furthermore, we encountered a delay (in shipping--not Charlie's fault), and Charlie remedied the situation himself in order to stay on track. I cannot say enough good things about Charlie's communication, professionalism, efficiency, or attention to detail."

"Initial contact and consultation with Sarah for custom blind installation went well, but had a bad experience with installation. The man who arrived to install our blinds (during a pandemic) was not wearing a mask and did not offer to wear a mask in our home, despite the fact that we were wearing masks. Then he informed us that 3 of the 5 blinds we had ordered did not fit our windows and would need to be re-ordered. This would be annoying at any time, but was especially annoying during a pandemic when I am at high-risk and we are trying to limit the number of people who enter our home. He left very quickly, did not apologize for the inconvenience, and did not offer to put the original blinds back in the windows for us. This was on a Friday morning, we called into the office that afternoon and were told we would receive a call-back. Instead, we did not receive any communication until Monday via email. There was no offer for a discount or anything for the mistake that was made. Sarah offered to drop off paper shades for the windows, but at that point it had been 3 days and we had already re-installed the original blinds in the windows ourselves. Several weeks later, we received the new blinds. Yet again, the man who arrived to install the blinds was not wearing a mask, even though I had asked Sarah to ensure that whoever came to the house had a mask. He did get a mask from his truck when we asked and was nice about it, but there is a mask mandate in Franklin County and therefore we shouldn't have to ask. Overall not impressed with the customer service."
