The person they sent out the second time did a great job and the tile grout came out much cleaner. He said to wait a few days to make sure we like it and then he would return to seal the tile. "Excellent attention to detail. We had a crew come deep clean our house. I'm pretty picky and they exceeded my expecations. They took the screens out of my skye lights so they could clean them! I've used Nelson's occassionally for the last 10 years when we've moved homes and their work has been incredibly consistent. The carpeting on the stair steps and in our walk in closet was particularly in need of a cleaning, installed 21 years ago, beige color, not cleaned other than regular vacuuming, and in need of a re-fresh. All the areas cleaned turned out very nicely, we could not be more pleased. The employee who did the work (Thomas) was on time, polite, completed the work in about an hour. He has been with the company for several years, which speaks well for the company and the employee. Also, for a very modest fee, he cleaned two smaller area rugs that had not been on the list. I will certainly use this company again. I understand this company also cleans and seals slate tile, which not everybody does, so will follow up with them to do our kitchen floor before the holidays."

He suggested not only cleaning the carpet, but in the area <br /> where my cat peed the most, also partially removing padding underneath and <br /> replacing it along with wood strips which hold the carpet. I decided to proceed <br /> with this solution. Adam showed up on time again for the appointment. He was <br /> very careful with my property. He used covers on his shoes and corner <br /> protectors for the walls. About two weeks later Maria from the office called to <br /> check if smell disappeared. I told her that I still smelled something. She was <br /> very patient with me when asking details. Maria then said that she would <br /> consult with Adam and call me back. She did and said that Adam would come again <br /> to check. Adam came and replaced more carpet padding and put enzyme on both <br /> sides of the carpet.
