"We had a difficult time getting them to return our calls to schedule the insulation, when they finally did put us on the schedule they didn't really stick to the schedule. They kept pushing us back and didn't come when they said they would but they did end up finishing by the end of that same week. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Apparently, they were having trouble with a spray gun when they were there and the worked performed was very sloppy, they missed a few spots and they also sprayed our interior shower wall completely shut so we couldn't get to the valves to hook up the water. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />When we called to discuss our issues it was around 5:30 or 6 in the evening and we were impressed that both the salesman and the scheduler called us back that night to discuss our issues and assured us that they would take care of everything....and they did. The guy that came back to correct our issues did a great job and even cleaned up a lot of the sloppiness from before and made it look a lot nicer. They also cleared the spray foam from the shower valves so we could get the water lines connected. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />So, we did get off to kind of a disappointing start with them but they ended up doing everything that they said they would and definitely came back and took care of any issues that we had so because of that we would use them again and would also recommend them to others. Everyone has problems occasionally, it's how you take care of those issues that matter. <br />"

"Bruce showed us his portfolio on our initial meeting and we were very impressed.  He explained the work to be performed and we signed the contract.  During his teardown of the bathroom and wall he found floor joists that were in need of repair.  He also noticed that the ceilings should be done to match and that the electrical needed to be brought up to code.  He send us an estimate and we agreed to the new work.  The additional work was completed on time and we were impressed. <br />"

When they came, they were very thorough in sanding and scraping the doors even though that extended the time they spent on the job. Unfortunately the door stuck shut when the job was finished, but they came out the next day and solved the problem."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. "We had called 3 companies to give us estimates on this work.  Tom Krzystan of Home Renovation & Repair by Tom was by far the most timely and professional of all of them.  He communicated with us both by email and by phone and always got back with us when he said he would.  <br /> <br /> He tore down the soffitt over our snack bar in our dining area that had been poorly constructed (it was VERY crooked) by a previous homeowner and rebuilt it, utilizing as much of the original trim as possible to save us money.  He gave us a lot of different ideas for lighting.  (The original soffitt had fluorescent lights in it that shouldn't have been dimmable, but were on a dimmer switch)  He installed CFL canned spotlights that are dimmable.  While he was here, he recommended that we change out the hot, expensive lights we had in the kitchen for cooler, less costly CFL bulbs and he personally picked them out so they were the same lighting colors as the new ones and then installed them for us for only the cost of the bulbs.  <br /> <br /> He did an excellent, professional job.  He was extremely cognizant of keeping our home and his work area clean at all times.  Never once did we have to clean up after he left.  It was a relatively small job, but he treated us as though he was building a mansion for us!!  He was amazing and I highly recommend him.  He is a licensed contractor and extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and personable."
