"Last used JBL three years ago for 2 bathroom remodel and new windows/doors. This time the work involved complete new kitchen, new lighting in kitchen, new floor, sanding of old floors, complete interior painting and 3 new windows. As with the last project, we could not be happier with the quality of the work. Dave was extremely easy to work with and equally important to get in touch with. He was at our home daily, checking previous days work and discussing work being done that day Same crew from three years ago. Excellent attention to detail including painters,plumbers, electrician, tile installers. Cleaned up at the end of the day. Dave is a hands on contractor who involved himself in the project start to finish. Would definitely use JBL again."

"Quite a few years ago, Artie renovated our bathroom.  Not only did he do a super job, but he made so many helpful suggestions along the way making decision making much easier.  For example, he suggested the type of tub to install and ones to avoid.  He helped us order merchandise and we were able to get a contractor's discount! 
     Recently we wanted to add a stone grilling station and a gazebo to our yard.  Everything I shopped for, I did not like or it was way over priced.....Artie sat with me and helped design a BEAUTIFUL, river rock-blue slate grilling station.  Once again, he directed me where to get the grill, type of grill, what to avoid and what would look best.  He takes the time to listen and know exactly what the customer is looking for.  He made everything by hand and the result shows....We get so many compliments from it!  He is currently completing a Tiki Hut Bar/Gazebo........when it came to ordering the tiki hut straw for the roof, Artie took it upon himself to google information online and forward me what he had found.....this made it so much easier on my part!  The bar came out great!!!
     Not only is Artie extremely talented, but he is so easy to work with, is very professional,responsible and shows up for a job when he says he will.....when do you ever get that?????  I HIGHLY recommend Artie Derosa!!"

"Jeff and his team recently completed two projects for us. First, they completely remodeled our master bathroom. This was a two-week+ project where they first removed our old bathroom, right down to the studs, and then expertly rebuilt every component of our new bathroom, including replacing a 40 year old bathtub with a beautiful new tiled shower. We are thrilled with our new bath. The second project they completed was to completely remodel our garage---floor to ceiling--- with new sheetrock, electrical, insulation, and paint. Early during this project Jeff discovered several electrical code violations, that he and his team then spent over a day correcting. This was unanticipated and required more work, although Jeff did not increase his price for the project. Throughout both projects we found Jeff to be very easy to work with and responsive to any questions or suggestions that we had. "I needed a lot of work and repairs done in my house. I called and met with Harvey about what I wanted to be done in my home, and two days later, the work was being conducted on my house. The significant items were that I needed new basement steps, and Harvey and his crew rebuilt all the steps and railings. I had my bathroom grouted, caulked, and repaired. I needed my kitchen to be refreshed and a new kitchen floor. In addition, the kitchen, dining room, lower and upstairs hallway, and living room were in need of repair and needed to be painted. I had my entire windows repaired and corked from the inside and the outside. Harvey and his men were very professional, polite, and extremely hardworking. They showed up every day on time and worked diligently through the day. Harvey offered good ideas and suggestions on my home improvements and repairs.
