"It went as expected......GREAT!!!!! Rick and his guys scheduled all the work to be done and called me to confirm the appointment and expected time of arrival. Once here Spencer got to work and in no time had cleaned the fireplace, he cleaned very well and my chimney is set to go. We scheduled the cap repair two days out due to weather and again he showed up and did a great job. I plan to use Complete Chimney from here on out for any fireplace or chimney work. By the way they just opened a retail store for all things fireplace."

"At best the experience was OK. They showed up and did the work. They provided a bid which I assumed meant that they would try and blend the rebuild work to make it look like the rest of the wall that was still there. A mason showed up and was unsure of where to get matched brick, did not want to color grout to match rest of wall and did not know how to cap column to match rest of wall. It took alot of work on our part to get him there. This is second time wall was hit and needed rebuilt. He asked why we didnt use previous company to rebuild the wall. I was asking myslef that same question."

"Severen and his crew were amazing. Every step of the way, Severen was extremely professional, communicative and punctual. My wife handled the selection of this company as our roofing contractor, I only met Severen the day the removal/install occurred. The crew and Severen showed up right around 7am, when they were scheduled to, and began working promptly thereafter. Severen returned around noontime, and offered to explain exactly what his crew was doing, and the differences in old materials versus new. Once the crew finished (we have an 1100 square foot brick ranch and they were finished by mid-afternoon). Severen and I went up on the roof and he was very detailed in explaining why and how things were done. <br />It was impressive how detailed the cleanup was after the job. There was a colossal mess around my house following the install, and Severen's crew left my property absolutely spotless. <br />As a special note, I had my evaporative cooler replaced immediately prior to the roof replacement, and due to a complication, my plumber had to send an electrician to wire things up, so I had a conduit that was not connected to my cooler. Severen's crew placed the proper gasket and sealed the area around the conduit. The electrician arrived a few days later, and much to my immense disappointment, not only did she disrupt the seal around the conduit to do her job, she did not reseal it, nor did she inform my wife or I that she had basically left a compromise to our roof. When I let Severen know, he stopped by the next day to seal it properly, once again. My roof's inspection passed with flying colors. <br /> <br />I would strongly recommend Severen and his amazing crew to anyone looking to have work done on their roof."

Not only did Dave come right out to do an estimate, it was quite reasonable. Due to the years of neglect and incorrect roofing, Dave's guys found that the decking needed to be replaced as well.
