"I had called Pipey when I had an emergency leak under my sink. I got a call immediately within minutes and they gave me an appointment. I got a text that my appointment was confirmed. The team of two came in, they were very courteous and respectful. Since we don’t like have anyone wear shoes in our home they took them out and performed the work quickly and cleanly. Didn’t leave any trash behind for us. While they were there, I asked them to check a couple of additional things and they gave on the spot estimates. Work was clean overall and price was reasonable. "Highlander sent a plumber to install my laundry tub pump and he did so in a timely manner. He had no idea of how my water softener system worked even though it was purchased from Highlander Plumbing. He suggested I call the manufacturer so I did. I was hoping for one serviceman to take care of both problems and could have if they would have sent Brian, the guy that installed it. Otherwise I was happy with the plumber and the pump installation"

"I discovered mold in the lower level of my house. Ron and Dan came out and surveyed the damaged areas. They recommend I get an air quality test, by a third party which I did. Once I got the results of the test, they gave me a detailed and thorough quote on remediation, of the mold and then reconstruction of the affected areas. The work was done by the owners Ron and Dan, and Ron's son Anthony. They were extremely thorough and detailed, took great care during the mold cleanup not to affect other areas of the house. They explained what was being done at each stage of the work and took great pride to make sure the work was being expertly done. After the remediation was completed we got together to discuss the rebuild phase, and took as much care with that as they did the remediation phase. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has to have this type of work done, or even just a remodel of your house, I knew I was in good hands with Ron and Dan, and the results proved it."
