"Very professional group. Work was performed in three days and included a complete tear down and replacement of the siding, facia, soffit and gutters. Top quality material was used across the board. House looks better than new."

"Everybody was very friendly and efficient. The sales rep, Tim, was very thorough and pleasant to deal with. The install crew lead by Walter the project manager was very efficient and did a great job. Very pleased with the new roof and canâ t wait for the gutters and siding!"

"They came out on November 3rd and told me I didn't need nail pops or caulking, but 2 patches on my roof needed to be repaired and I needed a new roof. Their estimate was around 2K. I know I need a new roof... I was just hoping to get a few repairs to help hold it over til spring, but I do not wish to spend 2K on roof that needs to be replaced anyway. I contacted the company and explained... they told me to contact Angie's List for a refund. I thanked them. Sorry I was so slow in doing contacting you. With the holidays, this issue got swept up in everything. I appreciate the help from Angie's List in correcting this matter. I have a couple of e-mails from them regarding the estimate. The rest of my interaction with MZK was via phone."

"Jon and his worker is excellent. You would be foolish not to hire him. In 1 day 2 of them ripped down 4 sides of trim and gutters and replace all the trim exactly how and what I wanted. Gutters only took 3 hours from start to finish with seem less gutters. It looks beautiful and have recommended JMR to many friends and family. Thanks Jon for your perfectionism."

"I highly recommend Maple Roofing! They installed new shingles on my home in Rochester Hills in 2023 and at my home in Houghton Lake in 2024. Their office staff and on the job personnel were very professional, on time and did what they committed to. Materials and costs were clearly presented to me in a quote. All of my new shingle installs were done in one day and the crew did not leave until the site was properly cleaned up. I have been exposed to home construction my entire life since my dad built houses. Therefore, I am aware of the requirements to properly install a new roof, which Maple Roof did."

"My wife and I purchased 30 Sunrise vinyl windows and a sliding door from Kotch’s Windows-N-More and had them installed in Aug 2017. Our home was built in 1998 and the original wood windows were in need of replacement. Mike Kotch and his team were fantastic! Mike was very knowledgeable and professional and I was pleased that he did not use any high-pressure sales techniques during the bid process. His extensive experience in the windows industry was very evident during our consultation with him. We received 3 different quotes for windows and we found that Mike’s quote (which price-wise fell in the middle of the 3) provided the most value and allowed us to get exactly what we wanted (including a really neat Sunrise sliding glass door with shutters built on the inside of it, and 3 large picture windows that the other competitor said would need to be 6 smaller windows instead of 3). Mike’s installers were also top notch. We were very impressed with the work they did, and the care and attention to detail that they had. (Mike’s installers came highly recommended to us from a few different neighbors of ours, which is one of the main reasons we decided to go with Mike.) The installers consisted of a 2-man crew and they were able to complete our job in 3 days. They did a great job cleaning up too. Very happy with my overall experience with Kotch’s Windows-N-More and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows!"

"A big shout out to 3 amazing workers-- Brandon, Kane, and Cisco-- for their top-notch hard work on re-roofing my house in the intense heat this week!! These guys did an excellent job!! Well worth the money to have the roof done correctly and now it is all one color!! They fixed several mistakes that they discovered from the previous roof job--went above and beyond 100%!! Will definitely recommend them and Roofing Solutions to anyone who needs roof repair!! A special THANK YOU to all 3 of these guys!! Your quality workmanship, and great hard-work ethic, which is hard to find these days, truly stood out . I truly appreciated having someone who knew what they were doing and did it right the first time!! And showed up to finish the job in two days, even in this extreme heat! You were an answer to prayer to have my house put back to normal and the way it should be!! Rhonda L. in Waterford, MI"

"Replaced siding one side of house from hail damage and repaired trim work damaged by garage. Good price and excellent work. Good communication from start to finish."
