So he showed me where it was and he gave me a stem and so I got on the net and then went to one of the appliance places and found it and replaced it as he suggested. He didn't seem to have any annoyance about me doing, but he had basically been doing diagnostic work and told me how to approach it and I did that and things worked fine since then. I thought that was really a great service to use his knowledge. It was a descent price. He was cordial, responsive to questions and did not waste time."
