We were able to coordinate over the phone with me describing my situation and sending a few pictures. Ruben showed up this morning and was probably one of the nicest, kindest, more competent people I have had work on my house ever. He was able to restore my pump to working order and replace the parts needed. Ruben was very communicative and precise in his diagnosis and repair. He left after a few hours with my pump back up and running - the pump was cleaned out and the alarm float replaced. I am so relieved and more importantly, happy to know whom to call if one of my 4 pumps is in need of some TLC at any time. "Great work done overall. Repaired bathtub faucet leak, plus two replacement of both faucet and handles in another bathroom. Both Robert and Marcelino were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Slight difficulty experienced in removing the older faucets that required cutting into the marble countertop. In addition there is a small chip mark left near one sink as a result. Concerned a bit about the future impact of having the marble counters cut into to remove both faucets and a “value hit” if we decide to sell in the future. Other than this the work was great and we’re pleased and would consider using Beast Bay again."

"Oak Plumbing did excellent work and is very expensive. The guy, Zachary, they sent was very nice at first. He was here approximately 3to 4 hours and our bill was 2,000.00. We felt that was a bit expensive. Zachary was nice but he never pumped water through the washing machine to check if his work fixed our leak or there were other problems. Turned out a pipe was broken under the house. Zachary wanted an additional $500.00 to fix the broken pipe he missed. His personality changed when I asked him to lower the price. It was a PVC drainage pipe that needed to be replaced and the joints glued. I had to get another plumber. Zachary turned nasty, turned around, and walked away mad. He should have looked at the whole job and tested the washer after he was done. Fixing the pipes involved."
