Their communication is outstanding from Michelle's initial visit and proposals through tank delivery by Corey and most centrally through all of Steve's installation work and coordination with inspectors, electricians and me. I had 4-5 people out to look at it and I thought Atlantic (Bill) was by far the most knowledgable and had the best understanding of what I needed, and did the best job explaining it to me. After we scheduled the install I didn't hear from them until the day before (a Sunday) when I had to reach out to the office. But other than that the installation couldn't have been smoother.
