Bob explained in detail what he needed to do to rebuild our front door awning and posts while maintaining the integrity of the original awning and masonry in place. Bob stayed in communication every step of the way and worked very hard to create a beautiful and strong front door awning and support posts for our home. We are very happy with the finished product and will most definitely call Phalan Construction and Handyman to work on our future home projects. "Todd and Dave were great. They were extremely professional and the quality of their work was more than I expected. During the cabinet installation they were able to use extra material to create extra shelving and a great decoration piece that covered over an ugly vent pipe jutting out of a wall that wasn't originally in the designers plans. It came out looking beautiful and you would never have guessed it was there. They were very friendly and easy to work with guys which was relieving after meeting with other contractors for quotes and getting attitude on size of the job and that I didn't buy the cabinets or counter top through them. Would highly recommend as Todd stands by his quote (minus unforeseen issues for materials) and is a honorable contractor to work with."

He did literally everything - installed a tub, did some beautiful shower tile work, plumbing, painting, electrical work, replaced drywall, window replacement, floor install, and more. Not only was the quality of work impeccable, he made sure to keep in constant contact regarding any unanticipated project changes and how they would impact the schedule and our budget. "This was the first and only quote I got for Painting. I was very pleased with the process the first day I met with them. They worked with me trying to schedule appointment due to this being a second home and traveling from out of state. We had to cancel original date because of a storm, but they were able to come out the next week which was great as I had already taken time off from work to get this project done The painting looks amazing!!!! The room looks like a whole different room. Few places needed to be plastered and they did a dynamite job. I wish I had more painting to do because I would hire them in a heartbeat. We hired Nick as a volunteer in our Rescue to complete a few projects such as lighting fixture changes and bead board/wall covering in a 1700s farmhouse Nick was able to measure and identify a solve that gave us a consistent look and allowed us to have 100% water protection on our walls and trim We were incredibly impressed with the level of detail on the work, especially on the walls, which was not an easy task because of the uneven floors and 1700 craftsmanship We would highly recommend Nick and we have called him back three times to do additional projects.
