"The project got off initially to a bad start when the handyman did not show up at the scheduled time and date. But after a phone call, the work was re-scheduled. This time he came exactly on time. The professional handyman was very polite and courteous. He clearly understood all my requests and carried them out very well and efficiently. There is a service fee of $54 and an hourly fee of $134 with a one hour minimum. But these charges, especially the service fee is not exorbitant, given that some companies charge much more. All in all, I was very pleased and will definitely use Mr. Handyman again."

"Bob Phalan is an exceptionally experienced and talented craftsman. He is very astute in his analysis and project planning with a very strong work ethic. Bob explained in detail what he needed to do to rebuild our front door awning and posts while maintaining the integrity of the original awning and masonry in place. Bob stayed in communication every step of the way and worked very hard to create a beautiful and strong front door awning and support posts for our home. We are very happy with the finished product and will most definitely call Phalan Construction and Handyman to work on our future home projects. "I had been compiling a list of projects /repairs for quite a while. Reached out to Todd Booth’s company based on the 5 star reviews! Working with these professionals was EXCEPTIONAL at the very least. My “punch list” included repairing/purchasing/replacing new doors, hanging a bannister, replacing a baluster, measuring and ordering an outdoor screen….hanging a light, plastering-painting and the hanging curtain rods, assistance with restoring bar stools …. Within days I was emailed a detailed quote on each project! Todd and Dave were punctual, professional, kind, tidy and just really nice people! Todd found little extra ways to make the home safer- adding an extra bracket to two bannisters that were not as secure as they could be/ nailing a loose piece of wood on stairway….the kicker was Todd searched and searched for the right window turn handles- and HE FOUND THEM!!!! Way to go Todd! Prices were on point! Worth every penny! My dwelling is back to feeling like a home - thanks to all their efforts!!!!! Can’t recommend them enough!!!!!! "This was the first and only quote I got for Painting. I was very pleased with the process the first day I met with them. They worked with me trying to schedule appointment due to this being a second home and traveling from out of state. We had to cancel original date because of a storm, but they were able to come out the next week which was great as I had already taken time off from work to get this project done The painting looks amazing!!!! The room looks like a whole different room. Few places needed to be plastered and they did a dynamite job. I wish I had more painting to do because I would hire them in a heartbeat.
