"The company owners and sales team were excellent - professional, but friendly and buoyant. They addressed any issues immediately. However, there was a significant language barrier with the installers, which lead to come communication issues. The overall work looks good, but there were quite a few issues: the work took 5 days to complete; the porcelain was busted off both of my toilets, and all of the bolts for both toilets were missing; no caulk between the tub and tile floor; the installer used Liquid Nails because he did not have any white caulk on the top of the baseboards; the finished edge of my new carpet met with grout and the metal tack strip was pulled from the floor and left floating. All of the outstanding issues are things that I can fix but are the details that make a good job great."

"We’ve hired Chris for several projects around our home and even our camper trailer. He is honest, reliable, and a very talented handyman. We first hired him to repair and paint some drywall and fix some plumbing issues. Perfect. Then we hired him to install and configure a temperature-controlled fan to heat potentially freezing pipes in a corner of our house. Very clever. Then we hired him to create and laminate two custom built storage cabinets in our Airstream travel trailer. Here we really saw the craftmanship Chris was capable of. These required tight tolerances in a sloping curving workspace. His craftsmanship was meticulous. There are small cutouts, maybe only a 1/16 inch wide that he created to meet the exact form of the interior aluminum walls. He built these so they were secure when we travel, but could also be removed for servicing below the cabinets. He understood what we wanted, and came up with some very creative ways to meet our needs. The whole thing was a work of art."
