They both arrived the next morning on time to replace the broken unit. Kieth carefully brought the new heater to the basement and took the old one out for disposal. They worked efficiently to get the job done right and promptly; they left the area clean, and made sure there were no issues with the 2nd water heater. Plumbing Tree's price was very competitive compared to Lowes and Home Depot. For their quality of work, attention to detail, professionalism, politeness and the time they spent teaching me how to better care for my water heaters, I would highly recommend them to anyone without thinking it twice."

While Elizabeth wasn't on the actual installation team, she was a key team member in helping us discuss the financing of this project. She was fantastic and a true asset to this organization. I also wanted to note that Tipping Hat did cover the repair when the electrician had to unexpectedly put a hole in our drywall. It took some prodding on our part, but they did follow through.
