"Wow! Rooter Pro Plumbing ð ª is absolutely unprecedented in service in quality! I am amazed at how quickly the phone was answered and how unbelievable sweet and professional the dispatch staff is!! They quickly made adjustments to their schedule to get an emergency crew out to provide relief. The sewer main line was blocked completely, and the images and video Jay and his crew presented to me as a homeowner was very reassuring that this was in fact the cause of the total main failure. Nothing in the house would drain, but blessings to Rooter Pro Plumbing for making this plumbing work again 𠤣 !! Rooter Pro Plumbing provided me an excellent warranty to assure me of their workmanship and craftsmanship. Their work is very clean and they even called me out to look at the replacement pipe before backfilling. I will most certainly, undoubtedly use RPP again!"

Customers say: Super punctual
"I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Plumber and our technician, Jonathan! After another plumbing company came out, charged us, failed to clear our sewer line, and then recommended thousands of dollars in additional repairs, we decided to get a second opinion from Mr. Plumber. I’m so glad we did. Jonathan successfully cleared the sewer line and thoroughly inspected it afterward. He took the time to explain everything, answer our questions, and provide recommendations to help prevent future issues. What impressed me most was his professionalism, honesty, and expertise. Unlike the previous company, Jonathan never tried to sell us unnecessary work. After inspecting the line, he explained that the costly repairs we had been told were needed were not actually necessary. Mr. Plumber’s investment in high-quality equipment clearly made a difference. I highly recommend Mr. Plumber and Jonathan for anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and exceptional service."

"We had sewage backup due to clogged sewer drain. We called another company who cleaned out the pipe and determined that we had a break approximately 4 ft below our driveway. They provided an estimate for repair of the pipe section that was quite exorbitant. I contacted Peach Plumbing & Drain for a second-opinion. They were quick to reply and visited my house shortly afterwards. Ramon and Teudy, the two on-site workers, were extremely hard working and courteous and worked with me to find an economical solution. They even took care to leave my place spick and span after excavating my driveway. I hope that I do not need a plumber again in the near future, but definitely take solace in knowing Peach Plumbing & Drain is here to help!"

"The plumbing is just absolutely fine. I have no complaints at all. It took me a minute to realize who this company was, but now I remember how nice and very polite they were. They treated me with lots of respect. They were very helpful when I was clueless to what was going on. They took time out to explain things to me and everything. The plumbing was included with the building of my home. I wish not discuss that information with you at this time."

"Barry and his apprentice were punctual, professional and a pleasure. I was called 30 min out as promised, and each technician kept things clear for me as they described the issue and resolution each step of the way. They were great with my dog and son, by the way. The ratings brought me to Cool Air. The service will lead me to use them again next time needed. Thank you, Barry and Cool Air."

"Of course, the heat went out at 4pm on a Friday before a long weekend (doesn't it always?). I heard a loud bang come from downstairs. I had heard it before, but the heat usually came on right after, so I assumed it was the heat just bowing ducts in our crawl space. Well, this time, the heat didn't come back on, and I smelled gas in the house. The smell cleared once I opened a window, so I had an idea it wasn't a constant leak, but I erred on the side of caution and decided to call an HVAC company.
I tcalled a couple other high-rated options here first (literally just went down the list), but neither could come out until tomorrow, at the earliest. Considering tonight is dropping into the 20's, I kept looking to get an appointment this evening in the hopes of having heat tonight.
Enter Moncrief. The woman I spoke with was great, and listened to my entire story, and had me double check for the gas smell to be safe, which was nice. She said she could have a supervisor over to my house in about an hour. Then she ran down the cost with me ahead of his arrival, which was a nice touch as well. The cost was more than the other two companies I called, but I assumed that was due to the last-minute nature of the appointment, so I was fine with that. The breakdown was $59 for the tech call then $41 for each 15 minute block of work. The tech arrived within the hour. He took one look and knew exactly what the issue was. He did his work in a timely manner, then made sure everything was working properly before heading out. And so far, things are working smoothly. The 'bang' I was hearing was actually a few of the burners not igniting due to blocked exchanges, leaking out gas, and then that gas catching fire in the furnace via the pilot. The reason it didn't catch this time was the mini-explosion pulled in a draft that blew out the pilot and burners.
Quite happy with the experience, though, price wise, for what the tech did, it's a bit expensive. I get the $59 up-front charge for the 'emergency' call, but $82 for a quick diagnostic and some minor dismantling/vacuuming is a bit steep in my opinion, though from the other prices I received, seems to be par for the course. They were professional, friendly, and very helpful though for this jam, so I'll definitely consider them at the top of my list for future work, so long as the price doesn't keep trending on the high side for future requests."
