To my surprise someone answered the phone at 9:30 pm. Robert took the time to visit with me about our roof and had his partner Charlie call me that same evening to set up a time to come to our house to give an estimate the very next day. Very impressed with the customer service. When Charlie did the estimate he took the time to provide detailed information about the process from explaining insurance estimate, types of roofs, warranty, costs, etc. The job was scheduled within two weeks.
