"Everyone on the team was professional, friendly, and very easy to work with - they were punctual and we got daily updates on everything. The work itself was fantastic! This was our first remodel experience and we could not have asked for a better one!"

"Stay far away from this company. Original project went fine although it was expensive. However the past few months have shown me their true colors as I have tried to get some of the original work fixed. Be aware that they only warranty work for 12 months. We had the only four tiles on the step into our shower crack over the first year and I tried for months to contact them through email. No response. I finally left my name as a new customer, and they immediately called me (funny :)). They then asked for pictures and said they could fix it. I then discovered it would cost $600 to replace the four tiles they obviously installed incorrectly the first time. Correctly installed tiles would not all crack on the outer edge."
