Not only did they install and properly flash the door and replace some damaged siding; they also noticed that a nearby exterior electrical outlet was damaged and improperly grounded and fixed that, too. They checked in with me regularly during the work and cleaned up after themselves when it was done. They also literally went the extra mile: when their local suppliers didn't have the siding needed, they drove to Delaware to get it. "Every phase of the project went smoothly and professioally. . FSBD provided a 3-D rendering of the project and then once we agreed upon size and color, they handles all the parperwork with both our HOA and the county. Contruction went without a hitch and at the end of every day, the crew cleaned up the worksite and made certain we knew was was planed for the new day. Upon completion, there was an issue with 2 of the boards not matching the exact color of the others. FSBD immediately contacted Timbertech and arranged for 2 new boards to be shipped which they installed the day after the replacements arrived. We also contracted for a front step handrail which matches our house perfectly and provides added safety to our home. Since then many of our neighbors have stopped by to see the deck and have also chosen FSBD to build decks for them.
