"On 06/01/2013, called inquiring about servicing our Central Air Conditioner. Mr. Anderson returned our call promptly and we provided him information about our heating and air condition needs. We scheduled an open date and time for Mr. Anderson to come and inspect and service the air conditioning unit. <br /> Mr. Anderson arrived on the date and time indicated and thoroughly inspected and serviced our unit. "<p>Dan Santana demonstrated high levels of knowledge, expertise, dedication, professionalism, enthusiasm, thoroughness, pride in his work, customer service and creativity.  And, he was a delight to have in the house. </p> <p>He was not the first electrician I contacted for this job, but he was the first to agree to take on this non-standard and laborious task.  As he was reviewing the house for estimation purposes, he pointed out a number of things of which I was not aware that should be brought up to code.  We agreed to a "not to exceed" estimate of $3,500.  His bill, after spending two full days working hard in the house, was for slightly less than $2,000.</p> <p>While Dan was investigating and removing the knob-and-tube wiring, he kept me closely aware of his findings and decisions.  He traced all the wiring from end-to-end, which necessitated pulling up attic floor boards (which he replaced without damage) and insulation.  He got not just his hands dirty, but everything else, too.</p> <p>As I mentioned above, after we had arranged for Dan's services on 3/18-19, we had water damage to an area of the house.  A construction crew repairing the damage discovered an improperly installed ceiling light which needed to be corrected before they could put up the new ceiling.  I called Dan, who re-arranged his schedule to make a special, early morning trip to my house to properly install the ceiling fixture so that the construction crew could proceed.</p> <p>Through all of this dirty and detailed work, Dan remained in good humor and was a pleasure to have in our home.  When he was all done, it was clear to me that he had done a job that met his high standards, and that he was proud of.</p> <p><br /></p> . <br />"
