"Brad was FAST at getting to me when I sent the quote request. They were here within hours. I was in a bad spot. No one else responded. I was buying the house I was living in, closing next day. I asked for a quote to fix the problem and eval the roof. The home inspect was done with snow, so didn?t see problems. I would have backed out of purchasing if I had needed to pay for roof, which Brad knew. He quoted me $5500 for the repair. Said that guaranteed THEIR (this is an important element) work for 10 years. I got approved from the owner, they were out same day, as we were closing. The owner cut a check for the work, I delivered it? fast forward 2 weeks. Leaks, worse than before. They came out. Excuses why they didn?t detect the problems the first time. Got new quotes elsewhere. 9k for whole roof replacement. Both quoted said I overpaid for repair, though patchwork was good?didn?t solve the problem. Now need new roof. Pics are post repair from Brad. Won?t use again. "
