"My roof is leaking in every room. Digiorgi did the roofing. Called them one month ago to tarp roof, they refuses, claims it would leak more if the nailed tarp. Extremely poor work. Roof leaked within 1 year of installation."

We opened in 1996 as a part time business specializing in dog containment. We started out installing underground fence, chain link fence and kennels. Since we were marketing exclusively to dog owners, the name L.L. Dog seemed to make a lot of sense.\n\n

"The Best in Professional Deer, Coyote & Wildlife Abatement.โ€\n\nSpecializing in Professional Deer, Coyote & Wildlife Abatement with minimal impact to the environment. Without using chemicals, we can drastically reduce the Tick population and your odds of getting Lyme Disease or other tick related problems.. PLUS all of your plants, flowers and shrubs will be 100% protected from deer damage.\n\nWe do all sizes of properties. No Job is Too Big!\n\n---------------------------------------------------------------\nAfter thousands of hours of field testing and many years studying deer habits we have come up with solutions which really work. We use several methods depending on how much control is wanted for your property and we fully explain the pros and cons of each method. Although a steel fence barrier can be the best overall choice in many cases, we know that there is not one universal solution for all families or properties. This allows us to recommend what is best for your particular budget and/or situation.\n\nFirst we need to find out what your requirements are, then we need to know how you use your yard and finally, we look at and analyze what the local Deer are doing on and around your property. Whether or not you decide on 100% exclusion by installing a fence or some lesser alternative, the Deer Patterns, Browsing Habits and Behavior in your area are very important in achieving true success.\n\nAnd if a fence is needed, most times it should not be put up just anywhere that it โ€œSEEMSโ€ good as this can lead to future breeches and a probable lack of control! \n\nWe NEVER EVER just install a fence and go like most โ€œFence installersโ€ do. If fact we are not fence installers per se, but rather true abatement specialists that look at all aspects of a combination of your needs, type of terrain, wildlife activity and local browsing habits to come up with the best solution for you. \n\nWe come back often after it is closed off to check on your property as this greatly further helps us to better understand the deer which live around you. This way if any adjustments need to be made in the future we will not be guessing on what to do. \n\nDepending on the location and time of year, we will be there four plus times during the first week. Then two or three times a week for as long as needed - usually a month or two. And then around twice a month for another two or three months. Finally, for the remainder of the year at least once a month or more if required. This needs to be done for โ€œANYโ€ fence or other solution used to keep deer out or away, as the Deer are adjusting to the fence line. The installer very often needs to know what has changed since the fence was installed so he can make adjustments if needed - now or in the future. \n\nBecause of the above statements we DO NOT RELY on normal fence installation practices and methods to keep the deer out, as they MOST OFTEN simply donโ€™t work. We always install the fence ourselves. There is always an owner/partner on the property at all times. We supervise and physically install every part of the deer fence - there is never an un-managed crew left behind to work without an owner/partner present.\n\nThe bottom line is that anyone who says that the deer cannot be kept out is incorrect as long as the correct location is picked and the proper follow up AFTER the installation is adhered to. IF THIS IS NOT DONE FROM THE BEGINNING, WHATEVER BARRIER IS CHOSEN HAS A REAL CHANCE OF NOT WORKING AS NEEDED. This is why we always succeed were others often fail.\n\nWe really care about the end result and that is why we have achieved great results over the years. We really keep the deer out and can greatly reduce ticks and your odds of getting Lyme Disease and/or other Tick related diseases on your property!\n\n\nWe will soon offer ORGANIC Insect control.

FAQs for vinyl or pvc fence installation projects in Copake, NY

The difference between PVC and vinyl fencing is nonexistent because PVC is simply a type of vinyl used in fence construction. Both terms describe a durable, low-maintenance material that resists rust and rot. This product is engineered for long-lasting performance, offering a reliable solution that meets both functional and aesthetic requirements.

Youโ€™ll get long-lasting, low-maintenance panels that wonโ€™t rust or rot, and youโ€™ll find a wide range of colors and designs that are easy to install. Repairs cost $30 per linear foot, so keep that in mind if damage occurs, and be aware that extreme weather can reduce performance. Overall, vinyl offers a solid balance of durability and style, though youโ€™ll pay a bit more if you need repairs. For many homeowners, the curb appeal and low upkeep still make vinyl fencing a worthwhile investment.

Vinyl fencing is more expensive than wood fencing. The higher cost is justified by its extended lifespan and lower maintenance requirements when compared to wood. Vinyl fence material persists longer and reduces the need for frequent repairs, which contributes to its value as a long-term investment. Installation may require additional time, but its dependable performance and refined look offer superior benefits.

The lifespan of a vinyl fence extends from 10 to 30 years. This duration is directly determined by the quality of the vinyl material, the precision of installation, and the prevailing weather conditions. A well-installed vinyl fence delivers robust performance, enduring durability, and an uncompromising appearance throughout its entire service life. The construction process reinforces its resilience against environmental challenges.

The ideal vinyl fence style depends on your specific needs for privacy, aesthetics, and functionality. A classic picket fence delivers an enduring, traditional look for front yards, while a privacy fence offers secure seclusion for backyards. A three-rail fence provides a balanced design that suits both decorative standards and performance expectations. Consider factors such as desired style, local climate, and long-term maintenance when selecting your perfect vinyl fence design.
