Everyone was polite and cleaned up after having lunch. I was so happy to find someone so honest and hardworking I called him to repair a tile on my house.

"The roof looked really good. We started getting some heavy rains and the roof began leaking. He has been back about 4 times. I have now been trying to call. I was trying to be patient, but no one bothered to call back. The last time I called they informed me that I was on the list, but they would not be calling me to acknowledge that they had received my request. Basically, my complaint was not as important as the others. I said that was enough. I am not satisfied with their actions. Mr. Palmer and his crew did a fine job initially and were very nice. Now after the job is done and I am seeing leaks, they are not being responsive. I cannot paint inside my kitchen with the leaks. I would not recommend them to anybody. Mr. Palmer himself was professional, but the service I was getting from the people that answered the phones was unacceptable."

He came to my home, looked at my existing roof, thoroughly explained my options, and offered suggestions. He gave me several estimates depending on my choices and his prices were very fair. We went with a thicker grade of asphalt. I waited to write this review until we had experienced several rain storms to be sure. No issues at all."
