"LIFE SAVER! Alan is a blessing. We JUST finished a kitchen & laundry remodel with Alan and his team literally 3 weeks prior to the winter storm hitting in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area (you can see my wife, Kasi's review). Unfortunately, we had multiple pipes burst due to them freezing. Our kitchen and upstairs bathroom flooded & I mean FLOODED. My wife and I felt a panic like we've never felt before. Not sure of who to call, my wife called Alan for a suggestion. Alan showed up within the HOUR to help! Summary: Great quality, great communication, super honest and upfront, once the job starts they work on your project until it is finished, awesome project management, and the owner is on site every day. Of course the outcome is very important and they did a fabulous job. But so is the process, as remodels can be very stressful and I want to feel I trust the contractor, who knows what could go wrong.... Yossi and his crew converted 1 car part of the garage space into living area with a laundry room and a mud room. I liked the company so much that in the middle of the job I decided to hire them to also remodel my master bathroom. I consider myself a very "seasoned remodeler" as I did a lot of large remodels throughout my life in the past 20 years, some very large such as an entire home remodel. With Chellyanna, besides the outcome being fabulous, the whole process is great. Because Yossi is extremely honest and he will take care of you and do the right thing and make sure you love the result. He will not walk away before you say you love it. Their price is fair, not the cheapest and not the most expensive. The whole project took a few weeks, and I had a crew in my house the whole time, Yossi scheduled everything perfectly and he was on site supervising every single day, sometimes when the task was more complex he would stay the whole day, other days he would give instructions, leave for a while, and come back to check. Before, during and after the communication was outstanding, I could text or call or email him and he was VERY responsive, like within minutes he replies to my text! In addition, his wife Rachel is a designer and they work together to help design and also make the selections of tiles, countertop, cabinets, lighting and paint colors. She learned my taste quickly and was able to help a lot. "It went really well. Old house, all plumbing was redone.and both upstairs remodeled with all fixtures replaced. Even hot water tank when it went out. Thankfully that was in the garage. Next house we bought had a bit needed done. Both outside spigot replaced, and inside again new plumbing, commode and fixtures. Newer house did have 2 bigger inicents. Sewer line went out due old piping and then year later water line damaged due to tree root. But they were both replaced and work great. All done in a very acceptable timely manner. Very little family inconvenience. Next project, soon another hot water heater. For many years nothing, not one, plumbing project developed a leak anywhere. Parts did go out a couple times, but parts can fail. His work never did. That is one thing I can rely on and never worry about. And one other thing is that, depending on work I suppose, was fair in his pricing and explained things as he went. Took photos of start, during, and after. We have some small in house projects to be considered next and will be calling. I had the pleasure of visiting a family that their kitchen redone. It was out of a magazine. Do I recommend? Emphatic YES. If you're reading this far, you already missed making your appointment with him. Next project"

"Haim came out and brought his fence man with him. They gave us several options and we decided to go with a stained cedar fence with two gates. The next week they showed up and while one part of the crew was tearing down the old fence, another crew was working on the new one. It took a few days, but we now have a beautiful stained cedar fence. Like the other times they never left debris in our yard, as they cleaned up every day after their work was done. We chose a wood lattice patio arbor. It was of the same stained cedar, and it's very rustic and we are looking forward to many days sitting under the arbor to escape the Texas sun. The thing about G.H. Construction, is they show up on time and work a full day. They are supervised and if we had any questions or concerns, they responded in short order and eased our concerns. We are so pleased we are considering siding on the house. You can be sure we will use G.H."
