"Fantastic...Alan and team had our kitchen remodel done on time and on budget...all while we were away on vaca. Felt like a HGTV reveal when we walked in. Beautiful craftsmanship and attention to detail! Would HIGHLY recommend What’s Next in general and Alan in particular. (We’ve already hired What’s Next for our next project!)"

"We had Don make our kitchen cabinets 5 years ago and we still love them! We just had him build our master bathroom cabinets and they are beautiful! I had requested a built-in fold away ironing board in a tower linen cabinet drawer. I shipped it to him and he installed it while building the cabinets. I am thrilled with it! He’s so easy to work with, professional, and makes quality cabinets..just a really great guy! We highly recommend him!"

"We a a flood and received a list of recommendations for contractors. We immediately connected with Simon and hired Modern build solutions. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. They were always on time, vey trustworthy and extremely detail oriented. The crew he employs clearly has been with him for many years, They finished very close to estimated timeline, any delays were out of their control. They remodeled our kitchen, primary bathroom, replaced our roof and pave the back yard! I couldn’t be happier with the results! I’m very impressed with Modern Build Solutions Thank you."

"Remodelling the build-up was fantastic! They completed the project ahead of schedule and did precisely what I asked! Throughout our process, their customer service was also really responsive and provided answers to all of my queries!"

"This is an OUTSTANDING, PHENOMENAL, EXCELLENT company. Summary: Great quality, great communication, super honest and upfront, once the job starts they work on your project until it is finished, awesome project management, and the owner is on site every day. Result is spectacular. More details: This was a big project ($$$) and I could not be happier with the whole process and the outcome. Of course the outcome is very important and they did a fabulous job. But so is the process, as remodels can be very stressful and I want to feel I trust the contractor, who knows what could go wrong.... Yossi and his crew converted 1 car part of the garage space into living area with a laundry room and a mud room. I liked the company so much that in the middle of the job I decided to hire them to also remodel my master bathroom. I consider myself a very "seasoned remodeler" as I did a lot of large remodels throughout my life in the past 20 years, some very large such as an entire home remodel. With Chellyanna, besides the outcome being fabulous, the whole process is great. Because Yossi is extremely honest and he will take care of you and do the right thing and make sure you love the result. He will not walk away before you say you love it. Their price is fair, not the cheapest and not the most expensive. The whole project took a few weeks, and I had a crew in my house the whole time, Yossi scheduled everything perfectly and he was on site supervising every single day, sometimes when the task was more complex he would stay the whole day, other days he would give instructions, leave for a while, and come back to check. Before, during and after the communication was outstanding, I could text or call or email him and he was VERY responsive, like within minutes he replies to my text! In addition, his wife Rachel is a designer and they work together to help design and also make the selections of tiles, countertop, cabinets, lighting and paint colors. She learned my taste quickly and was able to help a lot. The result is spectacular, they were able to make my vision a reality! 100% recommend Chellyanna to friends and family, A-plus, 10-stars, fabulous job! Thank you!"

"We had such a great experience! They refinished and updated all of our kitchen cabinets, including making new custom cabinet doors, and the difference is incredible. Everything came out beautiful and completely transformed the look of our kitchen. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and they were professional, reliable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. You can really tell they take pride in their work. We?re extremely happy with the final result and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality cabinet work or refinishing!"

"I hired JCG to renovate a primary and secondary bathroom. The secondary bathroom was a tub to shower conversion and included replacing the tile flooring. The primary bathroom replaced the tile floor, the tile shower, and removed a drop-in bathtub replacing with a freestanding tub. Both conversions required drains to be moved but the drain in the primary bathroom needed modifications to the concrete subfloor to relocate the drain for the new bathtub. JCG made some good recommendations that we really liked while doing both remodels and their focus was on quality. Being professional contractors, they've seen a number of updates to homes and they brought experience to our remodel. The secondary bathroom had a challenge that was caused by the original builder of the house. There was an issue with the shower framing that would require the studs to be torn down and reframed to completely correct the issue. JCG's crew made recommendations to work around the imperfections from the original house builders and made the conversion look great! This team has an eye for quality! They accounted for unexpected issues and still made the end results look great. The crew was extremely friendly and courteous every time they were in our house. Completely happy with both our bathrooms and will call JCG again when we have work to be done next year!"
