"My home needed a new 400-foot driveway cut and installed in a hurry. Josh was there just a day after I called, with an estimate on the spot. 4 days later, it was done! He even beat the rain! Josh was very easy to work with, had a price that fit into my budget, and provided excellent results. Thanks Josh!"

"While Asphalt during a pandemic is very expensive, he was less than any other quote I received ... and I checked out 10 other businesses. He was very professional. He did a great job. I will use him for all my asphalt needs moving forward."

"My driveway has a flat section at the top and a steep narrow section going to the road.  The flat part came out very well and is a big improvement.  Aaron Williams was upfront about the possibility that the steep section would be difficult to work with.  The chip seal did not take very well and the loose gravel is a problem.  We ended up sweeping the loose gravel to the side in order not to slip when driving.  It looks much better than it did but this was not the result we had hoped for.  My driveway is 40 years old which is part of the problem."

"Dakota Sullivan did a great job on our large circular asphalt driveway. The old asphalt was at least 25-30 years old, and was in terrible shape, with divits, and grass growing where there used to be asphalt. His communication was timely, and he helped us understand what needed to be done, and guaranteed the quality of the repavement would be as good as new. We are very pleased with the work."

"I needed a 250-foot driveway resurfaced with asphalt. Josh and crew arrived at 8:00 AM on the day promised, were courteous and completed the job in a single day. His bid was fair and he also did some extra drainage work along the driveway at no extra cost. I am very pleased with the results."

"Can't say enough good things about this business. We dealt with Anthony's son, Chance, who was easy to work with. He responded to my inquiry the same day, and we had a quote the following day. They were out earlier than we expected, and did a job that exceeded out expectations. We had an existing driveway that was in pitiful shape, and a gravel circular drive for the RV. They re-paved the old, paved the circle and put in RV parking for us in record time. It was easy to see that the quality of the paving was far superior to the prior job. I highly highly recommend these folks!"

"This company was the only one who called and followed thru (by showing up) for my small job. I wanted a walking path around the perimeter of my entire property. What made my request unique was that I only wanted it between 3-4 feet. Warren Asphalt came out, took measurements and talked with me to really understand my project vision. Throughout the entire process he continually checked to ensure that I was happy with the results and that we were all on the same page. This was my first personal experience with a construction contract company AND having a Chip and Tar Path. I couldn t be more pleased with the results. My boys and I can ride bikes, walk and run right without having to leave home. I ve always wanted to do something like this but it s even more impactful during these Covid times."

FAQs for asphalt paving installation projects in Copperas Cove, TX

With routine care, an asphalt parking lot lasts 20 years. Plan to resurface every 15 years and sealcoat every three to five years, and tackle cracks as soon as they appear. Sticking to this schedule keeps the surface smooth, safe, and code-compliant, helping you get the full life span from your investment.

Installing a parking lot typically takes between two and four weeks, depending on factors such as size and weather conditions. The process includes ordering materials, site preparation, paving, curing time, and adding finish touches like paint striping. Please note that larger projects or unexpected weather delays may extend this timeline. Working with local professionals and suppliers can help keep the project on schedule and potentially reduce costs.

Maintenance depends on the surface you have. For asphalt, sealcoat every few years, resurface every 15 to 20 years, and patch potholes right away. Concrete lots require regular cleaning, inspections, and occasional patching. Whatever the material, create a maintenance calendar—and follow it—to keep the lot safe, attractive, and less expensive to own.

Apply a fresh sealcoat every two to five years, or sooner if heavy traffic fades the surface. Sealcoating fills hairline cracks, locks out moisture, and renews that deep black finish drivers recognize. Staying on schedule extends the pavement’s life and helps you avoid costly repairs down the road.

Professional sealcoating costs $0.15 to $0.30 per square foot, with rates influenced by lot size, local labor costs, and the type of sealer used. While you can rent sprayers, hiring a crew delivers even coverage, proper curing, and a warranty—advantages that protect both your pavement and your budget.
