"This business came out, analyzed what my problem really was and recommended I use an A/C company to resolve it. He was very professional and thorough in his review of the problem. I plan to use him again when other plumbing issues come up. He did all of this as part of providing me with a free estimate of the cost of repairs."

"Washer drain was clogged. Fred performed a rooter service and cleaned up after himself. The individual gave a 30 day guarantee and represented the company well (very professional). He also gave suggestions to maintain drains. The service date was 7-25-11, not <br /> 7-24-11. There is a bug in the report submission form and it reverts back to the 24th."

"The plumber who came fixed the faucets, spoke on the phone with me about the repairs, then agreed to also check the faucets in the back yard for similar problems. After his report, I asked him to replace one of the back yard faucet connections, too."

"My sisters water pump would run for about 4 minutes then shut off on thermal overload (pump got to hot).I went under the house to check the pump and noticed a strong smell of burnt oil.I went over by her pump and there was water spraying all around her pump from a pin hole leak right above the pump.We called Mr.Rooter to come and replace her pump. They were prompt and courteous, there in about an hour.Thats about all the good I can say.I informed the plumber that I felt her pump was faulty and needed to be replaced along with her check valve and expansion tank.He disagreed and said just the pressure switch on the pump needed to be replaced along with the expansion tank, and of course the pin hole leak.He also disagreed about the check valve saying he would just scrape the layer of rust off the check valve and spray it with wd40.Well a long story short,He broke the check valve scraping off the rust and had to install and new valve too. With a $300 increase in the bill for a total of $1300 dollars for a pressure switch, expansion tank check valve and that pin hole leak.To me that sounded like a lot of money, but my sister with a three year old and a new born baby needed water so she agreed to pay the money so she could get her water back on.KEEP READING IT GETS BETTER!!!.Soooo after about four or five hours later he claims he is all done and all was good.My sister gives me a call to tell me he is all done and I asked her if he checked her water by running it for four or five minutes, she said no.I advised her to try a load of wash and guess what? Her pump shut off again.WOW this from a company with a slogan and I quote ''fixed right the first time''.Well, he came out the next day and replaced her pump for an additional $750 That price included a discount for the pressure switch she didn't need.If you want prompt courteous plumbers that wear booties call Mr.Rooter, but if you want the job done right the first time at a fair price,I would NOT recommend Mr Rooter."
