"Kyle replaced our central air outdoor unit and air handler in August 2020 When the Carrier unit we contracted for was not in stock he upgraded us to a better unit, that would have cost $800 more, at no cost! The new unit called for a 40amp circuit breaker so he replaced the 30amp breaker again at no extra cost. Reliable, expert, on time service with good communication. The install was neat and clean and I couldn't be happier."

"Ali came over to our home when we called with a concern of the air flow in our central air conditioning system. He checked the return, the air flow, the temperature at all of the vents, and the entire system. It had more to do with the age of the system and gave us suggestions on how a different filter could increase the air flow. He did all of this and refused to take any money for his time. He is a true honest professional and someone that we would recommend to everyone."

"Jonathan was very responsive, honest, and very professional. They upgraded my old central air, seamless and on one of the hottest days of the summer. They got the job done in one day and the house feels so cool now. I highly recommend Comfort Ductwork Systems"

"Vinny went way out of his way to go to Montauk to give me an estimate on an air conditioning unit in the downstairs and upstairs. He gave me a great price and kept me informed as to when he was picking up the ductless units and when he was going to install them. He and his son were professional and did a great job."

"We ultimately could not move forward in the project for financial reasons. But Lance was exceptional. He came right away and was very knowledgeable. He also had the best price of all the quotes we got."

"The installation of a new split unit Air conditioner unit was done by Joe. He installed the unit, ran the electrical work to my panel, installed all the lines needed. Joe completed the project with the expertise needed and was sure to address all the indoor and outdoor cosmetic piping and ductwork with a great appearance to meet my expectations. Joe was on time, very attentive to all my questions, emails and text messages and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend using Joe for your AC unit installation and I will be calling him again for any future projects that I may have! 😊"

"The entire experience from the discussions with the company rep Scott O, to the completion of the installation was excellent. The installers were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The Mitsubishi unit itself is an excellent product. Cools quickly, quietly, and is multifunctional. The installers Brian and Moses did the job in a courteous, knowledgeable and efficient manner. All stages of the job went smoothly. Functions of the unit and use of the remote were explained thoroughly and a booklet was provided that reinforces the information. Cleanup was excellently done. I am very pleased with the communication with Scot O choosing the product to be installed, getting questions answered as well as with the knowledgeable, courteous and efficient installers. I highly recommend Elm Air Conditioning."

"Great experience !!! 5 stars ! We had an electrician out that quoted us 1500 for a wire repair on our AC. I called out professor pipes and he was able to do the same work for a 1/3 of the price and did a great job. I also had them do a tune up on the system. Went way above and beyond. Honest contractor!! Great service"
