"Let me start by saying this the third bathroom John has gutted and recreated for us. I found John on Angie’s list about 6 years ago to renovate a bathroom on our first floor. He was amazing! Turning a tiny serviceable bathroom to a beautiful shower space. In May of 2025 I dug out John number to get him to do his magic again, this time to renovate 2 more bathrooms. One is a giant master bath, the other a small guest bathroom, both with the original decor of 1993! I love John’s process. He comes and listens to your visions then adds his own expert suggestions and provides a quote and a shopping list. When you have all the items in home you let him know and he sets the date for renovation and gives you the timetable which he adheres to. John is exact and meticulous, and works through until finished. He is timely and reliable and a charming presence at 7 am when he religiously starts his days. John was assisted by Mike who was also a meticulous craftsman and in addition a great painter. The end result is nothing short of gorgeous. Our master bath was transformed to the modern era and John’s attention to detail and artful eye creates a masterpiece."

He was extremely considerate, and he treated my house as if it were his own. My house is small, and I only have one bathroom. The project took nine days. "We hired Steven to redo our kitchen floor and install a countertop backsplash. Unfortunately, the project did not go as smoothly as planned. The workmen on the first day caused damage to an adjacent floor and did a poor job with the leveling. To Steven’s credit, he immediately acknowledged the problems and arranged, at his own expense, for the floor to be refinished and the leveling redone properly. What was supposed to be a three-day project stretched into months because of these complications, and during that time we often doubted his assurances that he truly wanted the work done right. In the end, however, Steven stayed committed. After many conversations and much patience, the job was completed conscientiously and to our full satisfaction. He also gave us a substantial discount to help make up for the delays and inconvenience. While the process was far more drawn out than expected, Steven ultimately stood behind his work and made sure the final result was high quality.
